Pick-Up Policy

Shipping Policy

The shipping method you choose will depend on the size and weight of the furniture item(s) you purchase, as well as your delivery location. Please note that some items may only be eligible for certain shipping methods.

We strive to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving payment, provided the item is in stock. Please note that some items may have longer processing times, and we will communicate this with you at the time of purchase.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you choose and your delivery location. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the item(s) you purchase, as well as your delivery location. You can see the shipping costs for each item at checkout before you make your purchase.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process. Please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and it should not have been used or damaged. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these criteria.

Please note that local deliveries (i.e., deliveries within a specific geographic radius) are non-refundable. Once the item has been delivered, it cannot be returned. This policy applies to both in-store pickups and deliveries.

Specialty and custom items are non-refundable. This includes items that have been specially made or customized for you. Once the item has been ordered and confirmed, it cannot be returned.

Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item passes our inspection, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that the refund will only include the cost of the item and not the original shipping fees.

Customers may choose to pick up their purchased furniture at the designated pick-up location. Customers must provide their order confirmation number upon arrival. Prior to pick-up, customers should inspect their furniture for any defects or damages. If any issues are found, customers must notify store staff before leaving the premises.

Customers will receive an email and/or phone call to arrange a pick-up time. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is suitable for transporting the furniture. Customers must bring sufficient personnel to help load and secure their furniture. Store staff will not be responsible for loading or securing the furniture in the customer's vehicle. The store is not responsible for any damages that occur during loading, transit, or unloading of the furniture.

Customers must pick up their furniture within 7 days of the purchase date. After this period, the store reserves the right to charge a storage fee. If customers are unable to pick up their furniture within the specified time frame, they must notify the store in advance to make alternative arrangements. The store reserves the right to refuse pick up if customers do not comply with this policy.

By choosing to pick up their furniture, customers agree to abide by this policy and assume all responsibility for the safe transport of their purchased items.
